Promotional vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other Mojo studios voucher.

Once an appointment is booked it cannot be cancelled. However, if you give us at least 7 working days notice you may change the appointment (once only). Weekends and bank holidays are not considered working days.

If the voucher or promotion for your session includes a complimentary image on disc, this image must be an individual shot. No group shots are included, nor can two people attending an appointment together trade their individual complimentary images for one group shot.

Hair is styled (we do not cut hair).

Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian or family member over the age of 18.

Each voucher is valid for one session only and is non-transferable.

These terms and conditions are valid for Miss Mojo competition entrants as well as the specific rules applied to the Miss Mojo competition (please view the Miss Mojo page for full details of the competition).

Refundable Booking Fees:

Each voucher or promotion is subject to a fully refundable booking fee of between £25 - £50 per person taken at the time of booking to guarantee your appointment with our professional team.

It can be paid by most major credit or debit cards or by cheque made payable to 'Mojo Studios'. At your viewing session this booking fee will be refunded in the form of a discount off your order. If no additional order is made, the booking fee will be refunded by whichever method it was paid, within 28 days of the appointment date.

Entry to the Miss Mojo competition does not carry a refundable booking fee as the non refundable entry fee covers this competition.

Booking Fees are not refundable if:

You fail to attend your appointment.

You arrive late for your appointment.

You do not complete the makeover, photography and viewing sessions.

You do not give us at least 7 working days notice to change your appointment.

You change your appointment date more than once. In this event you may also be liable for a "no show charge". Please refer to "missing your appointment" for further details.

Multiple bookings:

In exceptional circumstances multiple bookings may be permitted.

However in such cases, the booking fee is only refundable in the form of a discount from your order. NB: a multiple booking is defined as 3 or more friends, family members etc; booked for the same date using two or more vouchers including any special promotions.

Late Arrivals:

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late certain parts of your session may be omitted at the studios discretion to ensure other clients are not made to wait

If you arrive more than 30 minutes late your appointment is no longer guaranteed and any booking fee will be lost and a no show charge may apply.

Missing your appointment:

If for any reason you fail to attend your appointment on the agreed date and time as per your confirmation letter and have not given at least 7 working days notice, a no show charge may be applied of £55. This charge is further to the initial booking fee deposit taken and will be applied to the original card used to pay the booking fee.

No show charges are applicable if you do not attend your appointment at the allocated time or do not complete all sections of your session with us ( make up / photography / viewing ) on the day of your appointment. This charge is to put towards the cost of hiring professional staff reserved for your appointment and the company ( Mojo studios ) is not expected to cover this cost in the event of a missed appointment.

General:

By booking an appointment at Mojo studios you are bound by these terms and conditions. Mojo studios provide a professional service and therefore reserves the right to deny, reduce or refuse sessions if staff feel that a clients behaviour, presentation or hygiene may compromise the experience for other clients.

Mojo studios has the right to vary, cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any time.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided by the English courts only.

If any of these terms and conditions are held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining terms and conditions which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

No delay or waiver in enforcing Mojo studios rights under these terms and conditions shall prevent Mojo studios taking action later.

Mojo studios shall not be liable for any breach of these terms and conditions beyond its reasonable control.

A person who is not party to these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these terms and conditions but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
